General Inquiries

Opening a coustomer account

Opening your own customer account on Massageliegenhaus.com is very easy: Click on "My Account" in the top bar of our shop. Please fill out all required fields on the registration page. Under "Your Password," please choose a personal password of your choice. To ensure maximum security, we recommend a password of at least 6 characters and the use of special characters, numbers, and upper and lower case letters. Please remember your password and the email address you provided, as you will need this information for future logins. Confirm your entry by clicking the "Continue" button. You will then be redirected to your new user account.

Change customer data

In your Massageliegenhaus.com account, you can change your name, email address, and password at any time, as well as save your delivery and billing addresses.

To enter the data, please click on the respective "change" button and fill out the window that opens accordingly.

Finally, click the "Save" button to confirm your changes.

delete a customer account

If you no longer have any use for your customer account, you can have it deleted at any time.

We'll be happy to delete your customer account for you. Please send us an email with your request to service@massageliegenhaus.com.

Order

If you have found your new treatment couch or therapy accessories in our shop, add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the button of the same name. For items with color and/or size variations, you must first select a color and/or size and then click the "Add to cart" button. You can also access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart symbol at the top right of the shop or by adding more products. From here you can check your pre-selected products at any time and complete your order by clicking on "Proceed to checkout".

A valid email, billing and delivery address are required to successfully complete an order.

Forgot Password

Have you forgotten your password? Don't worry! In the login area of ​​your customer account you will find the "Forgotten password?" function below the input field. There you can enter your email address and click the "Send" button to generate and send a new password.

Redeem discount code

At the end of the ordering process, you have the option of redeeming your discount in the “Enter voucher code” field. Please make sure that you spell it correctly and pay attention to upper and lower case.

delivery time

The estimated delivery time is stated in the respective item description. Within Germany, this is usually approximately 1-3 business days. Deliveries abroad take approximately 3-7 business days (with the payment method "advance payment," after receipt of payment). For freight forwarding goods and items shipped directly from the manufacturer, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

We ship our goods exclusively with the shipping service providers DPD and GLS, so delivery to a DHL Packstation is unfortunately not possible.

Delivery status

As soon as the goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us via email, including a tracking number. Using this number, you can track the delivery status directly on the parcel service provider's website. If a package has not arrived, please send us an email to service@massageliegenhaus.com. In this case, we will submit an investigation request to the shipping service provider and endeavor to find a quick solution.

Inquiries about ongoing orders

Incorrect delivery status

If the status of your order is "Delivered" in the shipment tracking but you have not received your goods, please first check whether your package has been left with a neighbor or at a parcel shop.

If this is not the case, please contact our customer service via email at service@massageliegenhaus.com.

Change or cancel order

Have you changed your mind? If you would like to cancel your order, you can simply send us a cancellation request via email to service@massageliegenhaus.com .

After we have reviewed and successfully canceled your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and the outstanding amount will be refunded within 14 days.

If the order is already on its way to you at the time you notify us, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. In this case, please decline the order and send us a short email to service@massageliegenhaus.com .

Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, it is not possible to subsequently change your order. To return an item, please use our cancellation form:

At the same time, you can reorder your desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase price.

Order confirmation or invoice missing

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided no later than 24 hours after placing your order.

If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder. If you don't see the order confirmation there either, you can simply send us a short email to service@massageliegenhaus.com.

Shipping and payment conditions

Shipping and payment conditions

You can conveniently pay with PayPal, PayPal installment payments, advance payment, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, AmazonPay, Giropay, Klarna Sofort, Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase.

In Germany, we deliver all items over €99.00 free of charge. (Exception: Island delivery (up to €22.90)

For the sake of the environment, we try to ship as few packages as possible. Therefore, it may happen that products that are already in stock are shipped together with those that will be available at a later date.

Delivery of freight forwarding goods is generally "free curbside." The freight forwarder will deliver the goods to the first locked front door. You are responsible for bringing the goods into your premises and disposing of the packaging materials (including a 2 x 1 m wooden board). The freight forwarder is required to contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date. We will also provide you with the tracking number and the freight forwarder's contact details after the goods have been shipped.

Change of delivery address

Subsequent changes to the delivery address of an existing order are generally only possible if the goods have not yet left our warehouse. In this case, please send us an email as soon as possible to service@massageliegenhaus.com

refund

We generally refund credits using the payment method used during the order process. This means that you will always receive the refund in the bank account from which you made the payment.

Payments will be refunded within 14 days. If you have not received the credit after this period, please send us an email to service@massageliegenhaus.com .

Complaints & Returns

Report a complaint

We thoroughly inspect each product for material and manufacturing quality before shipping. Should your order arrive damaged or the quality of the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can of course file a complaint.

The process is very simple: First, briefly tell us the reason for your complaint and, in case of damage, send us photos of the product by email to service@massageliegenhaus.com.

We examine each case individually and get back to you as soon as possible to find the best solution together.

Send back the article

Assessing whether a treatment couch is the right one for you is not easy. For us, it is therefore a matter of course that you do not have to take any unnecessary risks.

If you are not satisfied, we will take your order back within 30 days.

Please note the following points to ensure that your return is as quick and smooth as possible:

  • If you want to return your order, please contact us first by email at service@massageliegenhaus.com
  • We will then send you a return slip and a shipping label by email.
  • Please package the goods in such a way that they can be returned without damage - ideally in the undamaged original shipping packaging, if you still have it. Put the return slip in the package and stick the label on the box so that the original shipping sticker is no longer visible (if necessary, remove the shipping label).
  • Once everything is packed, you can take the package to the nearest branch of our shipping service provider DPD or GLS. We will take care of everything else!

If your return is a bulky item that was delivered by a shipping company (e.g. therapy couches), you do not have to hand it over to the shipping company yourself. In this case, the shipping company will simply pick up the goods from your home. We will organize the return shipment for you. Please note, however, that we unfortunately have no direct influence on the pickup date.

  • If the goods are defective, we will cover the return shipping costs for you.
  • If you do not like an item, there is a shipping fee of €6.90 (DPD or GLS) for massage accessories and consumables, and €12.90 (DPD or GLS) for mobile massage tables. The return of therapy tables must be requested individually.
  • The costs for return shipping can vary between parcel service providers. You are free to use a service of your choice. If you wish, we will send you a return label from DPD or GLS by email with the above costs.
  • Return shipping abroad must be requested individually.

Get spare parts

If the ordered product does not arrive in perfect condition or you need a replacement part at a later date, simply contact our friendly customer service by email at service@massageliegenhaus.com

We will be happy to request the parts you require from our manufacturer and then send you all the information on how to proceed. In some cases, this can take up to 14 days.
