Application
Preparation for warm application: The heat transfer agent is heated to approximately 50°C in a water bath. The mud compress is placed between the body part to be treated and the heat transfer agent, with the fleece layer facing the treated body part. The increasing heat prevents thermal shock. Gentle warmth meets deeply penetrating natural mud for a relaxing 20-30 minutes.
Preparation for cold application: Place the disposable mud packs in the refrigerator for at least two hours. This will allow them to reach a temperature of approximately 5 to 6°C, which is suitable for therapy. Please note that mud packs should not be refrigerated in the freezer, as temperatures below freezing can damage the structure of the mud and the cover.
